Kundalini Yoga Class - taught by Yogi Bhajan
Kundalini is an energy which resides within everyone. It exists as a catalyst for all forms of self-healing, higher cognition and creative genius. Kundalini Yoga is for everyone and is a must if you have ever felt stressed.
It involves a combination of breathing, movement, chanting and deep meditation which can leave you with feelings of euphoria after a class. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic scientific system combining:

Kundalini Yoga recognizes that a strong Nervous System and a healthy Glandular System are pre-requisites to live a life full of radiance and abundance.
It supports us to become physically and mentally strong by creating a strong nervous system and healthy glandular and immune system as pre-requisties to living a life full of radiance and abundance.
It is a technology and a science for all aspects of human living. Based on the realisation that our true strength comes from within, it deepens and expands our ur awareness on all levels of our being so that we may awaken our full potential and grace. It is a transformational practice using dynamic posture, breath, mantra, sound, meditation and deep relaxation.
Classes at Anula Healing
A class leaves you with an overwhelming sense that you have nurtured your whole being and experienced something special. You do not need to be in perfect physical condition or share and particular belief system.
SCHEDULE: Tues nights 6-7:15pm (Classes during the school term.) Just turn up.
Thurs nights for beginners meditation Yoga. Bookings essential. Minimum of 6 people per class needed to start a session of 5 classes.
BRING: Thick towel, Water bottle, Rug
WEAR: Loose, comfortable clothing

Ashtanga Yoga Class - to be advised
Ashtanga Yoga, a classical method of Hatha Yoga, is renowned for its dynamic, flowing yoga-asana sequences. Here each asana (meaning postures or poses) unfolds into another, linked by vinyasa (the synchronised movement breathing system) in a continuous cycle.
Yoga classes focus on creating a strong, supple and relaxed body, increasing flexibility and energy levels and calming the mind. In yoga, the body and mind are strengthened as one. Each class lasts around 1 1/2 hours.
Problems treated
Yoga is helpful, and accessible, to anyone regardless of gender, age and physical capabilities. Yoga can be helpful for the mind, body and spirit, especially:
