Meditation (Kundalini)

Meditation is not as hard nor as mysterious as most people think – not when someone who knows how can teach you in simple easy steps. 

In five lessons, one week apart, an average person can learn to put themselves into a deeply relaxed state, to unwind all their tension, to clear their overly busy mind, PLUS learn the basics on how to use this meditation state to change how they think and how they act. 

Regularly meditating is probably one of the best self help activities anyone can do. Benefits include staying calm and relaxed, getting healthier, getting to know yourself and maybe change yourself, and being much easier to get on with so your relationships also improve.
